What we learned
The test demonstrates operational capability, adaptability and a method that can be transferred to different settings. It creates a concrete foundation for applying it to other regions and deciding, case by case, which opportunities to explore and where to engage networks and resources.
When a business, media or institutional opportunity emerges, the businesses described, the content and the evidence already provide a starting point.
From the test to regional replication
Three applications in very different settings show how the method can be transferred: it can be adapted to different supply chains, businesses and regional conditions without starting from scratch each time.
A rice or wine supply chain, a food district, ceramics workshops, a group of small and midsize businesses or a region with a strong diaspora can be starting points. Begin with the outcome the region wants to achieve and the businesses, clusters and materials already available, to clarify what the businesses can actually offer. Audiences, channels and networks are chosen accordingly.
